I want to go to their place of Marketing, Sales, tips on how to do this?

I have 6 years experience as manager retail operations and 4 years related sales account management. The last 2 years I made sales, but with more emphasis on marketing. I love marketing and I do very well in it. I increased sales for the region, worked by 40% over the previous year Sales of some viral marketing plan development. For the company that used to work at my current job, I developed strong indications that sales have increased 33% in 8 months he was there. What should I do to get a job in marketing and how do I request a salary of introduction? In addition to professional experience, I attended the Industrial University where I studied psychology for 3 years and management companies for 3 years, I still havent received a diploma, but I'm close. I am one semester short of graduation. Would this affect dramaticaly my income, I know that in sales and management experience as I work on education?

So I spent 1 years Tring to enter the field of marketing that I am in sales too. I even had much contact very well, but unfortunately because was always compeating Universtiy graduate, even for entry-level type of position he could not break, because I learned that marketing is like being a designer. If not go to school because you'll have a hard time climbing all suggested I take some marketing courses to school at night to help me, but I had no money or time to do that, unfortunately. Now, I'm Appling for the post of director of sales and marketing, with a good sized company, but the location (high traffic and communiting) and industry are not as demanding as other firms may have better luck. So anything that sounds good is, but want to send your CV for a hunter Head and see if a company can start with little boring at first and how it works in the marketing industry in this way. Good luck
