sales leads management

sales leads management
I left a sales job for a competitor management position wa. Can I apply pre-old former co-workers?

I never signed a non-compete clause, and I never signed any confidentiality agreemenet. When my former employer learned that I was a sales representative to director of operations compeitor direct, they sent me a threatening letter. The letter said that I am not allowed to contact any of my old leads / contacts to bring the matter to me. The letter also says that I am not allowed to ask my colleagues older workers to come work for me. Threatening legal action newemployer against me and therefore I do if I did not meet the requirements contained in the letter. If you have not signed anything, you have all legal grounds to threaten me? If yes, what are the reasons?

If you have not signed something, then the label of a regular job and the law should apply. Even people who do not compete with sales rarely lose these case. Make sure your business or communicate with existing customers, if ill of his former employer could return again in May and is being prosecuted. I should add that I am no lawyer, but I have been on sale for 15 years.
