questions about basic electrical circuits?

1) Why is the measured value of resistance to deviate from its theoretical value (determined from a color code)? Please list the factors. 2) there is much confusion as to the absorption power and the production of any circuit element .. How would we know a particular time, that the current enters the final element +? a time can be interpreted two different ways .. a brook seems to enter and exit at the positive end .. differences and confusion leads to sign (the absorption and production concept) … Where I can have problems with circuit solutions outside the textbooks .. Does anyone have quizzes, tests and examination papers?

1. Resistors are coded color using a system called preferred values. The EIA "E" series specify the preferred values of different tolerances. E3 50% tolerance (not used) 20% E6 tolerance (currently rarely used), 10% tolerance E12, E24 5% tolerance (and usually 2% tolerance), Tolerance E48% 2 (also for control inventory costs, instead of E96), 1% tolerance E96, E192 0.5, 0.25, 0.1% and higher tolerances. Like this, there would be some deviations from the values indicated in the value of tolerance. 2. Kirchhoff law at all times the sum of all currents flowing into any node in the circuit equals the sum of all currents flowing on that node: = Sum Sum I_in I_OUT Similarly, at any instant the algebraic sum of all currents at any node in the circuit is zero: Total I 0 3 =.
